If you are a wedding client, this page is for you.

Engagement Photo Sessions: You can schedule your engagement session for any time I have available. I typically only do portrait sessions on weekdays. Sessions are usually done on location. I will post a gallery of your images and you can choose one 5x7 black & white image for newspaper use. (If you need more than one, let me know.) You and your family are more than welcome to purchase prints here, if you like. You can also choose your 11x14 print here. The digital files will be provided after your wedding when the wedding files are delivered.

Bridal Portrait  Sessions: You can schedule your bridal portrait session for any time I have available. I can only do portrait sessions on weekdays. Sessions are always done on location, as my home studio does not allow enough room for bridal portraiture. You (my client) are responsible for selecting the site of your portrait and for any applicable site fees. I recommend photographing the session at least 8 weeks before the ceremony of you wish to have an enlargement for the reception. Images from this session can be viewed at my home studio by appointment. A viewable disk can be created for you if a studio viewing is not possible. The digital files will be provided after your wedding when the wedding files are delivered.

Prints and Wall Portraits: Reprints and wall portraits can be purchased at any time. Reprints are usually purchased through your web gallery, but I am happy to take phone orders, if you prefer. Gift portraits will be ready in about two weeks. Wall portraits require about six weeks to prepare. All wall portraits are framed, unless you request otherwise. Framing and matting choices are available from Michael Mallory Photography.

Web Gallery: Your web gallery will be online 2-3 weeks after your wedding date. Your DVD of original digital files will be sent to you shortly after your gallery is up.  You have rights to reproduce the files for any personal, non-commercial use. Michael Mallory retains the original copyright. Feel free to copy the DVD. I encourage making back-up copies of the files.

Albums: In the past, albums were clip-together books where the photographers stocked a number of pages and mats, and quickly made prints and slapped an album together for you after the wedding. The problem with that is the albums tended to fall apart after a few years. for this reason, I use custom-made products. Custom-made does require a little more time, however.

All albums are designed with your input. For traditional albums, choose up to 1-1/2 photos for the number of pages in your album. (A 24-page album would have up to 36 images.) For coffee-table books, choose up to 2-1/2 times the number of pages. ( A 20-page coffee-table book would have up to 50 images.) Any more than this will require additional pages to be added. Additional pages will be at my current per page fee.

The easiest way to let me know your album choices is to put them in a "favorites" category in the web gallery. There is a link at the top of each page in the gallery that allows you to email your favorites list to me. If you prefer, you can type out a list of your choices and e-mail them to me.

It takes me 3-6 weeks to design your album after you have chosen the photos. I will post my suggested layout on the "Pending Albums" page for you to review. The link for this page is at the bottom of the "Sample Albums" page. Email your change requests to me and I will post the updated design within 1 week. You must either approve the design, or suggest additional changes to be made. The more changes you propose, or the more times the design is changed will lengthen this process. If an undue number of change requests are made, a fee may be charged to cover extra design time. The album will not be made until the design has been approved by you.

Once the design is approved, Handmade Traditional Albums and Coffee-Table Books typically take 8-12 weeks to produce. Art Books and Slip-In Traditional Albums take 3-4 weeks. During extremely busy times of the year, such as the holidays, these times may be longer. Also, my album manufacturers have holiday cut-off times for submission of albums. If we miss a cut-off, albums cannot be guaranteed by Christmas. I will inform you of these cut-offs when the companies provide them to me.

I need photo choices no later than September 15 to deliver albums by Christmas.

For coffee-table books: The parents' and gift books are the same layout and photos as the main couple's book. these must be ordered at the same time as the main book or a $150 re-order fee will apply. (This is not my fee, it is the book manufacturer's and I pass it along at cost.) Click on the link below to see the cover styles available for the main book.

For Handmade Traditional Albums, pick one of the leather styles and colors for your album. Top-grain and Premium leathers are smooth, but the Premium leather has a smaller "grain." The Distressed leathers are somewhere between smooth and suede to the touch, with a subtle but visible distress pattern.
